The laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg shall govern all disputes and all other claims arising out of or in connection with this website, its subject matter, content or services provided under it. The courts of Luxembourg shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes and all other claims which arise out of or in connection with this website, its subject matter, content or services provided under it (including non-contractual disputes or claims).

 

All your personal data collected at the moment of visiting this website or submitting a request via a form or email will be kept confidential within the Association. The collected data may be processed in our visitor’s, statistical files and to fulfil the Association’s legal obligations towards the disclosure of its members.
